What do I need for the first conversation?
Your location, the type of project and what you hope to achieve. If you have a deed, survey or drawings, let us know. You can start even if some information is missing.
Can I start with a TestFit only?
Yes, we can discuss a focused early-stage scope. The proposal will explain the information needed, deliverables and any assumptions before you appoint us.
How will I know the fee and timeline?
After understanding your requirements, we define the scope, deliverables, review points and proposed programme in writing. Fees and timing depend on that agreed scope.
Will I approve the design before the next stage?
Each agreed milestone gives you a chance to review the design and record your feedback. The next stage follows the agreed approval process.
What is included in the Design Development package?
The agreed scope may include developed architectural plans, elevations and sections, key details, material and finish selections, and outline schedules and specifications. We define consultant coordination, file formats and review milestones in your proposal.
Is the DD package ready for tender or construction?
No. It communicates the developed architectural design. Tender documentation, construction issue drawings and authority submissions require separate appointments, further technical development and the relevant professional reviews and approvals.
Do you provide construction supervision?
Our services run from TestFit through the Design Development package. Construction supervision is outside this scope.
