This notice describes how the public RatioTeam website, its owner dashboard and its contact links handle information. Project-specific data handling and appointments are agreed separately.
Contacting RatioTeam.
The website does not collect land documents or project details through an upload form. You can contact us by email, telephone, LinkedIn or Instagram. General enquiries: Info@ratioteam.org. Land information and projects: Projects@ratioteam.org. Proposals and partnerships: Sales@ratioteam.org.
Sending a land deed.
If you wish to share a land document, attach it in your email application. The website does not attach or send documents automatically. Information sent through email, LinkedIn or Instagram is also subject to the privacy practices of the service you choose.
Hosting and external links.
This website is publicly accessible and hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The administration dashboard is restricted to the authorized owner through ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting/sign-in provider may process account and technical access data under its own terms and privacy notices. The application code adds no analytics or advertising tracker and loads no remote fonts. If you open an official reference link, that third party’s privacy practices apply.
Owner dashboard and portfolio content.
The owner dashboard stores the authorized owner’s Site-specific account identifier, draft and published website text, project descriptions and uploaded portfolio images. Draft content and unpublished images are restricted to the authorized owner. Publishing makes the selected content available to visitors. Removing an image from a draft removes its reference, not necessarily its stored file; contact the studio to request a storage review.
Client-document handling.
