Website terms.
RatioTeam is a design brand and studio in formation. Company registration and professional licensing are pending. This website introduces the studio and its intended design services; regulated services remain subject to the required authorisations and professional appointments.
Starting a conversation.
The website provides direct contact links and guidance for your first conversation. It does not assess land, verify ownership or planning controls, or determine what development is permitted. The call button opens your device’s telephone application.
Regulation is site-specific.
For a Saudi project, applicable planning controls from the relevant municipality or special authority must be established alongside the applicable Saudi Building Code requirements. A deed or map alone is not evidence of permission to develop. Outside Saudi Arabia, the local authority and codes must be identified; Saudi rules are not applied by default.
Scope and professional responsibilities.
The service scope presented on this website runs from TestFit through the Design Development package. Tender documentation, construction issue packages, authority submissions and construction supervision are excluded. A Design Development package is not authorization to tender or build. Any regulated design service requires an authorized scope, appropriately qualified professionals, the required consultant inputs, a competent review and applicable approvals. Final appointments require a separate written agreement defining scope, responsibility, fees and deliverables.

The homepage architectural image is an illustrative design study. Project pages should identify the nature and stage of the work shown; illustrative studies should not be interpreted as completed construction.
Appointments and agreements.
Contacting the studio does not form a contract or commit you to a fee. A project begins under a separate written agreement defining scope, responsibility, programme, fees and deliverables.
