Riwaq Compound
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Design by RatioTeam
A residential community organised around shaded courtyards, planted walks and shared gardens. Apartments and private villas are complemented by pools, recreation spaces and a residents clubhouse, while neighbourhood retail creates an active public frontage. Warm limestone and sheltered outdoor spaces give the compound a calm, cohesive identity.
