A residential tower concept in Riyadh. Three folded sandstone-toned piers frame planted balconies and terracotta privacy screens. A landscaped podium terrace overlooks the pedestrian forecourt. A two-way basement ramp is proposed at the southwest end of the main frontage, with a pedestrian crossing before the descent.
