A two-storey family villa concept shaped around a private planted courtyard. Recessed openings, bronze privacy screens and shaded circulation create a calm relationship between indoor rooms, the central garden and the street. Warm limestone, light oak and neutral interior finishes establish a cohesive material palette. The study explores a proposed 1,200 m² site; areas and development parameters remain subject to confirmation for an actual plot.
