Tide Line

North Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Two curved limestone wings frame a planted courtyard that opens directly to the neighborhood street. Local shops and a café line the shaded ground floor, while recessed terraces give family homes a more private place outdoors. The concept explores 55% proposed coverage on an assumed 2,400 m² site in North Al Khobar.
