A sculpted mineral canopy shelters a pedestrian retail street between two commercial wings. Openings bring daylight to planted gathering spaces, while textured basalt, warm ivory surfaces and bronze screens frame shops, cafés, galleries and a material library. An independent concept study exploring the Knowledge Economic City context on an assumed 3,200 m² site. Plot-specific development controls and the conditional coverage scenario remain subject to verification.
